Core service

Registered Agent Service

Oregon requires all LLCs, corporations, and nonprofit corporations to maintain a registered agent with a physical Oregon address. We serve as your official registered agent, receiving all legal notices, service of process, and Secretary of State correspondence on your behalf.

Physical Oregon address on file

Your registered agent address appears on public Secretary of State records — not your home or office.

Service of process acceptance

We accept lawsuits, subpoenas, and official legal documents on your behalf during business hours.

Digital mail scanning

All state correspondence is scanned and delivered to you electronically the same day it arrives.

Immediate legal document forwarding

Time-sensitive legal notices are forwarded to you immediately so you never miss a deadline.

Privacy protection

Keep your personal address off public records and away from process servers, solicitors, and data brokers.

12-month service term

Annual service billed at $99/year — no hidden fees, no setup charges, no surprises.

Foreign entity registration

Already incorporated elsewhere? Oregon requires a separate registration.

If your company was formed in another state or country and you are doing business in Oregon, you must file an Application for Authority with the Oregon Secretary of State.

Secure your required Oregon registered agent

Every foreign registration in Oregon requires a registered agent with a physical street address in the state. Just like a domestic business, you cannot use a P.O. Box. The agent must be available during regular business hours to accept official legal documents and state correspondence on your behalf.

Navigating complex foreign registrations

  • Paper-only filings: Certain entity types cannot be filed online and require specific paper submissions.
  • International cross-mapping: Businesses formed outside the United States often do not align cleanly with Oregon's standard business categories, requiring manual paper processing.

Certificate of good standing

The Oregon Secretary of State can often verify active status directly for companies from California, Idaho, Washington, and most other western states without requiring a certificate. For other states and foreign jurisdictions, you may need to obtain the paperwork yourself.

Ongoing compliance

Stay in good standing.

Administrative dissolution is the silent killer of Oregon businesses. Missing a single annual report deadline can result in your entity being marked inactive, steep reinstatement fees, or full administrative dissolution.

Annual report tracking

We monitor your annual report due dates and file on your behalf before the deadline — every year, automatically.

Good standing monitoring

We watch your entity status with the Secretary of State and alert you immediately if anything requires attention.

Registered agent coverage

Your Oregon registered agent service is included — we accept legal documents and forward them same-day.

Compliance calendar alerts

Proactive reminders for upcoming deadlines, renewals, and state notices so nothing slips through the cracks.
